When enquiring, Please provide the following:
1- Requested date
2- Number of guests
3- Location of venue (plus link to address)
4- Allergy/dietary requirements of guests
5- Like and dislikes in terms of meats/vegetables/spices/herbs
6- Inventory of Kitchen at venue, also available equipment
7- How many courses you require
8- Desired time you would like to sit for canapes/starters
9- What time will I have access to the kitchen early for prep

as i don't hold an alcohol licence. This will be down to the client to supply and serve, I am more than happy to pair to dishes however, so please do ask for suggestions.
